About Belize

Belize is a Central American nation with a large coral reef that sits between Mexico and the Caribbean Sea. Belize has the highest cost of living in Central America and poverty is widespread. The rate of HIV/AIDS is the highest in the region and continues to rise. Most of the population identifies as Christian, however church attendance rates are low and often Christianity is combined with other religious influences and practices.

• Syncretism amongst professing Christians

• Pray for sound doctrine and training for pastors
• Pray for discipleship
• Pray for unity within the Church
